The staff here are incredibly helpful, and the breakfast is deliciously prepared.

Location: the hotel was very close to other smaller shopping centre and world class shopping centers and a great variety of restaurants. It also was in good area. We got room with nice decor and a luxury bathroom to relax. Having a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets was a bonus.

Our Xmas vacation was filled with fun and unexpected surprises. We got two complementary drinks on arrival, which was a nice touch. the location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool, which was refreshing and helped us cool off in the hot weather.

the room was not well-maintained and the aircon was noisy, which made it hard for us to sleep.

The hotel had excellent facilities, friendly staff and was conveniently located close to shopping centers and the hospital where I needed to be. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable.
